Summary/Abstract: In April 1941, fascist bloc states attacked Yugoslavia while dissolving and separating it. Albanian regions, which were under Yugoslavian rule, experienced same fate. Occupying forces, decided that local governance in lands inhabited by Albanians, should be directed by locals. In this context unification of Islamic communities in single community with its center in Tirana was created. With abovementioned changes, a new administrative division for Islamic Community of Kosova was realized. Thus, under Italian occupation they joined with new headquarters in Tirana. We can conclude that changes and developments during this historical period exerted their cultural, economic, religious and national, influence to Albanian population in general, especially in religious community of Islamic faith.
