Polish magazines on Protestantism in the jubilee year

Summary/Abstract: The attitude of Polish magazines towards Reformation in the year of the 500th anniversary of Luther’s speech depends on the degree of political parallelism. The publications are dominated by historical and reporting approaches; they present the current situation of Protestantism and its achievements in marginal way. Content analysis of Polish magazines is being conducted when taking into account polarized journalism, editorial strategies and diversification of the Reformation theme, resulting from the tasks and objectives assumed by selected newsrooms.
