Summary/Abstract: The research in the field of comfort is extremely important worldwide. Not only for the researchers in universities, but also for the industry itself, for fashion designers, even for consumers. The comfort of a clothing product is directly influenced by the characteristics of the used textile materials, such as finesse, hygroscopicity, elasticity, hydrophilicity etc. Consumer preferences for clothing products are determined by comfort, especially by sensory characteristics. Therefore, the production of high quality clothing products, which offer high comfort according to the consumers requirements, is one of the current concerns of the research and the industry. The sensory comfort is a universal and fundamental requirement for consumers. The defining and assessment of comfort is approached in two ways, namely objective and subjective. Likewise, the sensory comfort is a relation influenced by the subjective sensations, the same ones perceived by direct contact of the human skin with the surface of the fabric. In the framework of this study of the analysis of sensory comfort from a subjective point of view was applied the tactile assessment, which consists of passing a gentle touch of the fingertips over the surface of the fabrics placed on a flat surface. The use of an unbalanced comparative assessment scales was also used, which includes the descriptors relating to the tested samples. The purpose is the subjective assessment of sensory comfort studied on a series of different fabric samples, designed for women's nightclothes. The study presents the results obtained from the questionnaire as a research tool in terms of testing the analysis and subjective assessment of sensory comfort on the samples tested. The questionnaire was used for a case study on the sensorial comfort analysis from a subjective point of view of a group of 50 female subjects aged 20 to 30.To reduce the volume of work and to be more efficient, the paper presents and offers a software solution in the form of an application that can be used as an e-learning tool.
