Summary/Abstract: As a rule, the general conditions required for pursuing the revision in civil cases are the existence of a final court judgment that is susceptible of review or withdrawal;invoking a reason for review provided by law; the existence of a party requesting the review unpleased with the judgment given and observance of the time limit within which the revision may be filed, which in most cases is one month. The fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the above conditions also determines the solutions that the review court can formulate. Thus, in addition to the solutions for admission in whole or in part to the revision, the judge can also decide to dismiss the revision, either on the basis of procedural exceptions, as inadmissible or as unfounded.
