Summary/Abstract: The article presents Bishop Michel Klepacz as the signatory of the famous Message that the Polish bishops addressed the German bishops in 1965, just before the closure of the Council Vatican II. The Message was used to ignite the propaganda campaign against the hierarchical Church Poland. The action of this propaganda has disturbed the solemn festivals, organized in Poland on the occasion of the Millennium.
