Summary/Abstract: In contemplation of the article you can find specific role of the child as a witness in the court proceedings. The legal norms governing this matter include both formalized criminal proceedings where the child benefits from the highest protection, as well as civil and juvenile proceedings. An analysis of legislation points to the protectionof a child by providing a psychologist consultation.
