Summary/Abstract: The development of mathematical competences in the process of learning proves to be a difficult task for pedagogical specialists if not enough attention is paid to the formation of an active and creative behavior of students. The present work provides an analysis of the class aims in terms of the creative purposes and demonstrates their application in mathematics education in 6th grade, Section “Exponents”.
