Summary/Abstract: The study examines the prohibition of the abuse of right from special viewpoint, since it concerns not only the well-known classical civil law doctrine, but heightens those cases from other fields of law, in which the abuse of right appear. After taking a look on the competition law and the seclusion from the contract conclusion, the author also touches public procurement rules and deals with the potential appearance of the abuse of right in the field of company law. The last part of the study pays attention to the abusive conduct arisen in the civil procedure law.
