Summary/Abstract: This article aims to bring to the attention of readers certain aspects on alienation of agricultural lands located outside the city premises, under the provisions of Law no. 17/2014. In this respect, the paper raises awareness of all the steps necessary for the sale of previously mentioned lands, the exercise of the right of first refusal and obtaining of final notices/permits, along with the sanction for failure to comply with the incident provisions.
