Summary/Abstract: Some traffic accidents occur in atypical situations, making it difficult to determine the cause to the favorable conditions, which may include the victim's conduct, his/her health, physician’s fault or the fault of another person etc. In these cases it is necessary to determine the essential criminal action to produce the result, unlike other conditions or circumstances, which can play a second fiddle.
