Summary/Abstract: In her essay the author analyses some of Jean-Luc Godard’s well known films the Weekend,Breathless, Pierrot le fou trying to find out what is the body’s role in these movies. The study also answers questions like what is the body’s aesthetic function in it’s presence, clothing (nakedness),moves, passing/death. It also relates Godard’s specific view of sexuality.
