Discussions on proposed changes legislation on public procurement

Summary/Abstract: By the present study, the author gives us a radiography of the perspectives offered in the field of public acquisition, with proposals to amend the legislation, namely: Draft Public Procurement Law and Draft Law on Remedies and Appeals Concerning the Award of Public Acquisition Contracts and of Concession Contracts and for the Organizing and Functioning of the National Council for Solving of the Complaints.There are presented and analyzed the proposed changes comparing to the current legislation, namely the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2006 on the Award of Public Acquisition Contracts, Public Works Concession Contracts and Public Service Concession Contracts, among with the Government Decision no. 925/2006 approving the rules for implementing the provisions concerning the award of public acquisition contracts provided by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2006 on the Award of Public Acquisition Contracts, Public Works Concession Contracts and Public Service Concession Contracts.
