Summary/Abstract: The article has two main highlights. First of all, the issue of constitutional ministerial criminal responsibility in Bulgaria in the period after the Liberation until the end of the 20s of the twentieth century is discussed. Secondly, the chronology of the requisition of the Plakalnitza Mine during the First World War is reflected and commented in connection to the work of the Third State Court (1919–1923). The author concludes that the Public Prosecution was unfounded and tendentious on the accusation against the former Cabinet Ministers of V. Radoslavov who ruled Bulgaria in the period 1913–1918.
