Creating Success Strategy as an Element of Business Models in Microenterprises

Summary/Abstract: The main object of business is development and success in the market. Owners of SMEs create business models based on abilities and analysis of modern technologies, trends of development of technical conditions in sector and variety of market offers. The main object of business is development and success in the market. Owners of SMEs create business models based on abilities and analysis of modern technologies, trends of development of technical conditions in sector and variety of market offers. They should compare own success against results of competitors. The article presents selected business models as described in literature and analysis of own researched factors that have influence on development of SMEs, especially in success strategy. In the article the results of own research on examples from Dolnośląskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Mazovia voivodships are presented. The goal of the research was identification of development factors and success of SMMEs.
