Aspects of real and legal crime in the case of trafficking offenses

Summary/Abstract: Crime of human trafficking is growng wich affect society at both transnational and national level of each state.Some countries, among wich Romania strongly fell the effects of this phenomenon because the actual crime offenses of this nature can hardly be kept under control. This negative aspect is reflected in particular in statistic son level of knowledge of this type of crime. The apparent crime is far below the real crime belonging relating to human trafficking.The threat that this kind of crime is given by the deficit raport legal crime apparently, representing a stake for criminal groups in their approach, in a vulnerable country like Roumania.
