Historical Profile on Private Ownership

Summary/Abstract: The search for the evolution of the property is not only important historical, purely theoretical, but also of practical importance, since to know this one contributes to a better understanding of the rules governing this matter in law modern.At first we analyze the terminology of the word property. Another aspect analyzed is the concept of property, respectively the right of ownership. After we will search, in concreto, the legal regimes of the property of the old times so far: the regime of the property of nomadic peoples, the regime of property in the era of the dacian state, the regime of property among novels, the regime of property in the Middle Ages.The end of the article presents the property in the context of Romanian law, listing the major and major changes so far.
