Summary/Abstract: The analysis we suggest draws its theoretical principles essentially upon functional linguistics, as conceived and presented by Henri Frei, the author of La Grammaire des fautes. Contrary to the purist attitude which views incorrectness as an undesirable accident, functional reasoning gives it a rather positive and dynamic status. Apart from its different concepts and conceptualizations, the incorrectness is now inevitable, revealing and worthy of rehabilitation and optimization. On our part, we believe that it is less and less easy to isolate the error and to exclude it, for theoretical considerations, as well as for practical and methodological constraints. We therefore intend to address, respectively, the "indiscernible" character and the usefulness of errors.
