Summary/Abstract: This article presents different aspects of company risk management. A risk always accompanies an economic activity. The meaning of risk, the relationship between risk and accounting, the significance of fiscal risk are described in the article. Moreover, the role of information given by accounting management in risk management process is presented.The article is theoretical in nature and is based on the selected literature.
