Summary/Abstract: The study defines the main threats to our country from the refugee crisis in Bulgaria in 2013 – 2014. The psychological analysis is focused on the political, legal, ethical and social aspects of the crisis. Special attention is paid to the examination of the problem in terms of C.G Jung’s concept about the Shadow. The paper outlines the temporal dynamics in the development of the crisis and the possible prospects out of it.
