Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is to analyze the determinants of organizationalculture resulting from the methodology of research. It includes division of quantitativeand qualitative methods and data collection techniques. The aim of the discussion isto draw attention to the importance and consequences of the choices by the researchers.The phenomenon of the multiplicity of paradigms of organizational culture, inturn leads to a huge variety of ways of defining it and interpret the concept of culture.The multiplicity of models and typology of cultures generates further difficultieswhen attempting to clearly distinguish the culture of other concepts, often incorrectlytreated as synonyms as even the identity of the organization. You should carefully definethe research problem and the setting of objectives and selection of effective researchmethods. The choice of method entails the use of specific techniques of datacollection and determines the methods of measurement.
