Summary/Abstract: The article contains an overview of the legal provisions of the Misdemeanor Act of the Republic of Croatia, which does not impose sanctions on perpetrators or imposes its imposition on fulfillment of certain obligations, that came into force as a newspaper amending the Misdemeanor Act in 2013 and assigned the accused prosecutors to the misdemeanor courts the power to pronounce or apply these models. Authorized prosecutors according to the applicable Croatian Misdemeanor Law are: a state attorney, a state administration body, a legal entity with public authority and an injured party.
