Summary/Abstract: The research was conducted to identify the effects of employees who worked in the health sector percieved the organizational silence environment and employee silence behaviors on employee job performans. In order to test the model presented in the scope of the research, a questionnaire consisting of 50 expressions except for demographic variables was used. The research was carried out on 327 personnel of Diyarbakır province health sector employee. At the end of the research, there was a positive linear relationship between organizational silence, employee silence behavior and employee job performance. There were significant positive relationships between organizational silence subscales and employee job performance were found. In addition, significant positive relationships between only prosocial silence behavior from subscales of employee silence behavior and employee job performance were found.
