Summary/Abstract: The commission of the offense by one or more members of the organized criminal group or by a third party paid for this purpose, but who does not know the existence of the group, puts face to face the two models of criminalization: the group organized crime, offense for which membership fees, whether insiders, organizers or mere assistants o only followers fade, all responding as the perpetrators of crime, and secondly, the offense or offenses program to which the contribution of each participant to the program can be individualized according to the classic model of crime.In the latter case, each will answer only for the crimes in which he participated or he was informed and only in relation to the contribution he had to their commission.
