Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt of systematization and hierarchization of assumptions to the prepared new development strategy of the Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. It is held in a context of 20 years of experience of this problem in years 1991-2011. Possible solutions are presented in the meat and potatoes groups according to 17 brigades functioning in ERN. Also 6 elements are described about model character which can be used for the construction of the new strategy of ERN development, successes preceded by 4 author's proposals in the issue of conditions of the new strategy. In the final part a so-called map of developmental tasks is described, tasks are marked out according to 9 disadvantaged areas and manners of their realization are determined. They also affected their hierarchization. The article contains an evaluation of the current scope of co-operation into ERN too as well as certain recommendations to the new ERN development strategy.
