Summary/Abstract: Basis of theoretical understanding of politic-legal culture as a necessary factor of the adequate adaptation of personality to the system of politic-legal relationship in the modern democratic state is revealed in this article. A special attention is dedicated to cognitive-normative principles of the formation of politic-legal culture of people and citizen.
