EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF THE MECHANISMS OF SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RES IN BULGARIA

Summary/Abstract: In recent years, the renewable energy sector has undergone rapid development. On the one hand it is conditioned by European policies that aim to stimulate the development of renewable energy, which were subsequently ownership and national laws of the Member States. Undoubtedlya major role in this rapid progress have support measures applied by the various countries. Thisarticle will address the example of Bulgaria, which will be assessed whether measures to supportthe development of renewable energy in the country have helped to achieve national objectives andwhat are the direct impacts of the development of renewable energy sources of this support.
