Summary/Abstract: The teaching methods in the engineering academic environment (UTI Iaşi) have been feebly updated in the last 20 years. This article presents a few inductive methods of teaching and learning, resources for the professors who want to make a change in this sense and offers a few suggestions to transform the classical lecture into an interactive one. The use of the methods presented increases the professors’ satisfaction in the didactic activity and the students’ performance.
