Summary/Abstract: Having the content of each training lesson set in the stage preparation plan, it has been possible to use the most effective means according to the themes and objectives set. Controlling the number of repetitions, working time and optimal executions for each theme and objective in part has made it possible to predict the level of the player and the quality of the execution in the actual training lesson.
