Summary/Abstract: Ensuring multi-dimensional security (social, environmental, services, cybernetics, etc.) in smart cities contributes significantly to reducing public service spending, along with reducing user time for access to these services, thereby contributing to raising the population standard of living. Space planning entities of a city and the providers of urban security should develop a permanent monitoring and mutual information activity on the civilian and military actor’s activities and actions, on common interest data. Therefore, synergy is a prerequisite for ensuring the efficient functioning of a smart city to peace time, crisis or war.
