Summary/Abstract: The article covers international creative ties between R. Glier Kyiv Institute of Music and cultural and artistic environments of the near and far foreign countries. The meaning of international creative ties in forming of the new cultural and artistic environment in Kyiv is proved. The feature of Kyiv’s artistic environment 1990–2010 is determined as its polyculture.
