Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the aspects toward problem of the United Nations sanctions policy management. It is analyzed the UN sanctions mechanism under Chapter VII of the Charter as an instrument of international crisis and conflict resolution, world's peace and security maintenance either. Special attention is paid on the authorities of the Security Council, General Assembly, Secretariat and Sanctions Committees in sanctions imposition and implementation.
