Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author aims to describe the concept of customer relationship management during the XXI Century in European Cooperative banks. In the today’s strong competitive bank-market like in all marketplaces, the customer demand is considered the king. In order to manage the customer issue of all business, the bank system and all companies need to implement a customer relationship management strategy.
