Summary/Abstract: The article of Andriy Ivanysh devoted to methods of control Bandurist is a unique musical phenomenon of the Ukrainian culture. The author pays attention to problematic aspects of the creative team management techniques, including: practical issues of classifications of choral voices and completing the parties work out of vocal (choral) line, ensemble, technique and process of conducting, and creative interaction with the head of Bandurist singers.
