Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the relationship between man and nature. Regarding the negative action of a person who is harmful to the natural balance. Any destruction of the natural environment that damages the plant and animal world - also endangers the lives of people. It is necessary to establish precise normative acts that will sanction any ecological delict.
