Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the reasons and results of the judicial process in the matter of «Industrial party» in 1930. Discussed are the conditions as why highly qualified specialists turned out to be a «risk group», what means provided their «scenario» behavior during the judicial process, what was the reaction in the environment of the scientific and technical intelligentsia to indicative process as well as its results both in a nation-wide context, and for the technical intelligentsia in particular.
