Summary/Abstract: Exile literature begins flourishing during the 20th century and its quick rhythm of development continues during the 21st century. In North American universities this subject is very popular and so is the case of all immigration literature. The aim of my paper is to outline the representation of migrant spaces and of exile in Émile Ollivier and Abla Farhoud `s works using a comparative approach. In the two novels exile is presented like a pain, either impossible to overpass, or rejected and it is also assimilated with death.
