Summary/Abstract: Primary education, as part of the upbringing and educational system, has established a legal regulation in regular primary schools considering the inclusion of children with special needs. The inclusion of special needs children depends on teachers' willingness to work with children with special needs.The aim of this study is to show the teachers' willingness to work with children with special needs in inclusive primary schools. In this research, 80 primary school teachers, who are situated in the area of Tesanj community, were included. The results, that we got with this research,have shown that a statistical significant difference doesn't exist in attitudes to teachers' willingness to work with special needs children in inclusive primary schools.
