Summary/Abstract: The article devoted to the problem of function of postmodernism’s tendency in modern Ukrainian cinematography. A cinematology analysis is conducted on the example of film «Noise of wind» (2002) by the director S. Masloboyshikov and film «Chechov’s motifs» (2002) by the director K. Muratova.
