Summary/Abstract: The author of article the institutional aspect of influence of political elite on public consciousness of Russians reveals. A research purpose is determination of the relation of citizens of the Russian Federation to modern political elite of Russia. New opportunities ideological - imperious and political positioning and legitimization of political elite (growth of the political competition, activation of use of information and other resources) are determined.
