The legal nature and types of hidden employment relationships in Estonia

Summary/Abstract: This article is devoted to one of the most topical issues of modern labour law of Estonia, and namely, to the problem of the hidden employment relationships. The author considers the most common forms of these legal relations, the reasons of their occurrence, analyzes the negative consequences of their application in practice, draws attention to the need to combat this phenomenon, due to the possible weakening of social protection and violation of labour rights of workers.
