Summary/Abstract: This article is an attempt of reconstruction of romantic ideas and motives presented in the creative inheritance of P. Kulish. The special attention is paid to motives of light, the East, the look of poet-prophet and others like that. It is marked on ethnocultural potential of literary inheritance of the Ukrainian writer.
