Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the relationship between S. Jesenin's artistic world and L. Leonov's novel Pyramid and proves the interaction between them. The tragically killed poet Leonov was known for in his last year of his life became the author of the story of a writer, "The Wolf", a prototype of "Valkata" heroes. The article suggests that in the last book of the Leonovs, the Pyramid can also detect the features of Jessen's personality and worldview, and this is related to the philosophy of being a poet. The author of the article, after analyzing the artistic system of the poet's work and the Leonardo Pyramid, states that this novel reflects the conflict between Jessen's Black man and other poems. In addition, attention is paid to the subject of the angel, based on the alignment of the story of the poet's destiny and the angel's storyline.
