Summary/Abstract: It was defined that pottery wasone of the ancient craftsmanship areas in Nakhchivan. The article handicraft have been learnt in the Nakhchivan Late Bronze Age. At that time Nakhchivan, as well as the other regions of Azerbaijan, was an important centre of craftsmanship. The pottery products differed from one another in their size, shape, ornaments on them, the material the were made of and the technology. The pottery products made by Nakhchivan potters were divided into two groups-welfare and kitchen ceramics. Azerbaijan archeology holds a special place in one of the current issues Nakhchivan from the Bronze Age settlement (Kultepe II, Şahtahtı, Gizılburun etc.) of the ceramic decorations are created to investigate the property. The artcle pattern of the a group ornaments (patterns) on ceramic products found in Nakhchivan's Bronze Age constructions has been researched.
