Summary/Abstract: Transport marketing is a system for organizing and managing the activity of transport and transport-forwarding enterprises, companies and firms for providing transport services based on a complex study of the transport market and consumer demand for transport production in order to create the best conditions for its realization. Transport marketing has its specificity due to the fact that marketing activities in transport manifest themselves in an overly dynamic environment and that the manufacturing and consumption of transport services coincide in terms of place and time. This complicates the goal of transport marketing for maximum analysis and recognition of consumer interests and the market’s conjuncture, forecasting the trends for its development, designing and realizing the marketing program.
