Summary/Abstract: Strategical directions in the system of art education of XXI century in the context of development of national education, culture and science of Ukraine are highlighted. Art education is observed as the complete historical and cultural phenomena, which is characterized by original cycles. That is why constant growth, integration and renewal are foreseen by the art education. Nowadays modernization of the system of education of XXI century needs preparation of pedagogical scientific staff in the context of personal development on the basis of humanistic and culturological approaches so as the approaches.
