Summary/Abstract: In this article the problem of institutalization of culture and art branch, state management of the culture and education sphere in the conditions of the social and cultural transformation of the Ukrainian society in the 50 th of the 20 century is considered. Influence of these institutions on the development of culture of Ukraine is considered.
