Summary/Abstract: Since the establishment of the Ottoman Empire, it has tried to keep the balance of the flow of revenue and expenditure by putting into practice style grooming system, land tenure system and various types of taxes. Applied until the 17th century, these system would turn into malikâna system with wars and failures. Even if this system that way based on being sold of mukataa areas by auction in which the area was sold forever to person who gave the most was applied succesfully, this application would leave its post to another new system. In this study mâlikâna system ( mâlikâna example) will be handled with to kadi registry numbered 45 in the 17th century.
