Summary/Abstract: Economic and social aspects of public procurement system (pps) have been enhanced lately in the European Union and Poland as well. The publication comprehensively presents economic tools of public procurement system. The most important points of the publication are the idea of classification of these instruments and detailed analysis of one of its group e.g. macroeconomic instruments.
