Penalty payments in Public Procurement Law after the amendments of the Code of Administrative Proceedings

Summary/Abstract: The application of fines in the Public Procurement Law should take into account the general rules of administrative fines set out in the Code of Administrative Proceedings. The general principles of administrative fines form the previously non-existent grounds for appropriate legal actions of the President of PPO. The introduced legal status strengthens the legal situation of the individual in the aspect of imposing and executing an administrative fine in a democratic state of law.
