Summary/Abstract: The article concerns legal instruments related to the electronisation of the public procurement system in the European Union and Poland. These solutions currently play an important role in the market for spending state funds. The study indicates that the public procurement system would not function properly without solutions based on innovation and computerization. It was pointed out that at present in the sphere of proper management of public property, progress can be observed with the use of electronic instruments. In addition, the place of instruments of electronisation in the system of public procurement law of the European Union was emphasized. The legal regulations (i.e. directives 2014/23/UE 2014/24/ UE 2014/25/UE 2014/55/ EU and the Public Procurement Law of 29 January 2004) refer to the subject matter, emphasizing their main features and meaning.
